YANGON, 26 Feb—The Seventh Plenary Meeting of the Sixth 47-member State Sangha Maha Nayaka
Committee continued for the second day at Wizaya Mingala Dhamma Thabin Hall on Kaba Aye Hill in
Mayangon Township this morning.Agga Maha Ganthavaçaka Pandita BhaddantaSamvara, Agga Maha Pandita Bhaddanta Çandima and Agga Maha Pandita Bhaddanta Uttamañanabhivamsa discussed Viniççhaya, religious and academic affairs reported by the SSMNC (Third Branch). In the afternoon, members of the SSMNC
held discussions on Viniççhaya, religious and academic affairs. Joint Secretary Sayadaw Agga Maha
Pandita Agga Maha Kammathanaçariya Dvipitakakovida Bhaddanta Jagarabhivamsa reviewed the discussions
on the report and sought the approval. Next, members of the SSMNC held the discussions on Vinaya affairs and selection of the Vinaya Sayadaws. After the meeting, wellwisher U Sit Ngwe- Daw En Kyi (Mya Bayin Condensed Milk) family of Thingangyun Township offered meals to members of the Sangha at the refectory.
