YANGON, 15 Sept --Overloads and line faults should be prevented to supply power at full capacity, said Minister for Electric Power No. 2 Maj-Gen Khin Maung Myint while visiting a subpower station in Officials at all levels should make efforts with goodwill based on knowledge and experience, he pointed out after hearing reports of the responsible personnel at the control room. The minister looked around the station and power network control department inspecting the functions of the switchyard, transformers,city power distribution work and bill collection counters.
It was in the control room that the minister attended to the needs of the facility, instructing officials to ensure uninterrupted suppy of electricity and to curb illegal use of power.
