Nay Pyi Taw inter-ministry sport activities held in commemoration of Independence Day

4 Jan — Chairman of Myanmar Olympic Committee Minister for Sports Brig-Gen Thura Aye Myint watched the 61st Anniversary Independence Day commemorative Nay Pyi Taw inter-ministry open marathon, novice marathon and mini-marathon held in front of Nay Pyi Taw Myoma Market this morning.Next, he watched the inter-ministry final matches of Sepak Takraw and tug-of-war. After the competitions, Director-General U Thaung Htaik of Sports and Physical Education Department presented prizes to the winners. Later, the minister awarded the first, second,third and consolation prize winners in men's open marathon and women's
