Nurture citizens on whom the State can rely

Teachers of the education sector are a strong national force capable of nurturing and training human resources that are required in various sectors in the process of building a new modern developed disciplineflourishing democratic nation. Realizing the history of the State, efforts of the government in building a new nation and the national objectives, all the teachers will have to be fully equipped with national outlooks and nationalistic fervour. As efforts are being made to effectively utilize natural resources in agriculture and manufacturing sectors while striving for development of human resources, the education standard of the entire nation has enhanced both in form and essence during the period of two decades. There are a series of socio-economic challenges in the 21st century. The teachers capable of guiding the youths to the respective fields in line with their bent and good prospects are to produce intellectuals and intelligentsia required in building a new nation. Meanwhile, teachers who are helping shape the future of the State should
possess political, economic and social outlooks, nationalistic fervour and upright morale.
