NAY PYI TAW, 25 May —Prime Minister of the Union of Myanmar General Thein Sein received Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs Mr Pham Gia Khiem of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and party at the Ahlon Hall of Sedona Hotel on Kaba-Aye Pagoda Road, here, this morning.
Also present on the occasion were Minister forForeign Affairs U Nyan Win, Minister for Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement Maj-Gen Maung Maung Swe, Minister for Health Dr KyawMyint,Director-General Col Thant Shin of Government Office, Director-General U Kyaw Kyaw of Protocol Department under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Vietnamese AmbassadorMr Tran Van Tung.
