Nay Pyi Taw, 21 Nov- Mr Gambari, the special adviser to the United Nation Secretary- General,released a statement of Daw Aung San Suu Kyi on her behalf in Singapore on 8 November.

Political parties, national race armed groups, which have returned to the legal fold and state/ Division delegates of national race delegate groups are releasing announcement and objection to the points in the statement.
